Gender Pay Gap – June 2025

We are a contract cleaning company and do not set our wage rates.  These are set by Minister of Enterprise as an Employment Regulation Order.

This is our first gender pay gap report and all our cleaning staff receive the current legal (ERO) rate as applicable in June 2025.

Office staff are on a different pay scale. Charge hands and supervisors are also on a different pay scale.

The gender pay gap is 0.92% in favour of male staff, this is due to our charge hand and supervisors currently being male.

We regularly review our policies and practices to support gender balance.
We are committed to continued progress towards a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
